CURRENT PROMOTIONS
Current promotion: buy 2 products, get the 3rd free!

Valid on all products in the store, and products can be different (a necklace + a ring + a bracelet = one of the three free).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- When will I receive my order?
Receipt and preparation of your order take about 48 business hours, then the delivery of the products as well as the (free) shipping take our team a delay of 6 to 14 business days.
The tracking code is available the day after the order, received by email used when placing the order.
Please use it to track your parcel.
We do everything we can to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, while guaranteeing an exceptional level of service (product inspection before packaging, etc...).
Standard shipping is free for orders over €40.
If the delay seems too long to you, contact us, we will be happy to reassure you about the progress of your order.
- I don't live in France, do you ship internationally?
We ship our products worldwide, although of course it may take a little longer than to France.
Delivery to Belgium and Switzerland takes about 9 to 14 business days.
Destinations outside the EU may incur charges.
- I would like to return items, what is the procedure?
Our items undergo very strict quality checks before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the item in question (in its original packaging if possible) by clicking here together with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Returns are free in the event of a confirmed product defect (broken product, torn, etc.).
The so-called "change of mind" return (for example, trousers bought too small, item you don't like) is at your expense. The procedure will be sent to you by email*.
*Returns are made outside the European Union and cost about €8
PAYMENT METHODS
We use the world’s most widely used payment processor: Stripe. It allows you to pay via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diner's Club, Bancontact, iDeal, Multibanco, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
